Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, "people-person" to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer
Experience Specialist. This is a dual-impact role: you will be the primary point of contact for a
significant part of our existing customers while simultaneously driving growth by identifying and
qualifying new business opportunities. If you are organized, driven by results, and genuinely

Reports To: Vice President
Pay Range $45,000-$55,000 based on experience
+ Bonus for closed converted new customers
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & Account Management
● Primary Contact: Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email,
and web chat for a book of business that will be provided to you.
● Order Management: Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order status,
ensuring a seamless experience from "hello" to delivery.
● Problem Solving: Proactively resolve customer issues or shipping delays with a focus
on retention and satisfaction.
● Documentation: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system (Method) to ensure
customer communication records are current and accurate.
2. Sales Development (SDR)
● Lead Qualification: Research and vet inbound leads provided to you to determine if
they are a fit for our wiping product solutions.
● Outbound Discovery: Conduct "warm" outreach to prospective clients in key industries
(e.g., automotive, industrial, healthcare) to introduce our product line.
● Pipeline Support: Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for the Account Executive
team.
3. Systems & Organization
● CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system (Method) to ensure the
sales funnel is clean and actionable.
● Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights and "pain points" to help the marketing team
refine our messaging.

persuasive email.

of tasks without losing your cool.

exceeding) outreach goals.
● The Learner: You can quickly master our product specs—from fiber blends to
absorbency rates—to provide expert advice.
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or an SDR/BDR role.
● Strong proficiency with modern office tech (CRM, Google Workspace).
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
